It was not an easy road for the 22-year-old daughter of Nirvana's front man to grow up in high-profile society. While speaking to the publishing, Frances Bean Cobain told that the documentary will give justice for her father to speak for himself. It won't glorify tales of a dead rock star she added.

"I don't really like Nirvana that much [grins]. Sorry, promotional people, Universal. I'm more into Mercury Rev, Oasis, Brian Jonestown Massacre [laughs]. The grunge scene is not what I'm interested in," Frances Bean Cobain told the magazine, adding that "Territorial Pissings" off Nirvana's "Nevermind" album is "a fucking great song."

And she said that "Dumb," which is on "In Utero," is a tear-jerker that she described as "a stripped-down version of Kurt's perception of himself - of himself on drugs, off drugs, feeling inadequate to be titled the voice of a generation."

Frances Bean Cobain stated that the documentary provides more factual information about her father. With it, people will learn that not all were 'misconstrued, misremembered, rehashed, retold 10 different ways.'

She described the documentary as a good platform to provide factual proofs to tell who really Kurt Cobain is as child, as a teenager, as a man, as a husband, and as an artist, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Speaking to Rolling Stone magazine Frances Bean Cobain she also described how her father was 'inescapable.' She said she never realized that until she was 15 that wherever she goes, her father was so popular even after his death.

He's 'larger than life' she added as culture has been obsessed with dead musicians.

Frances Bean Cobain also discussed how the "Montage of Heck' in which she executive produced improved her rocky relationship with his mother, Court Cobain.

She recalled when they watched the film first time, her mother cried and just said "I'm so sorry" many, many times, as she embraced her, the Huffington Post cited.

The "Montage of Heck" is slated on its premiere date on May 4 in HBO, about a month after the 21st anniversary of Kurt Cobain's death anniversary.

When asked about her comment on her father's suicide, Frances Bean Cobain said that, "If he had lived, I would have had a dad. And that would have been an incredible experience."
