Dustin Diamond ‘Saved By The Bell’: Screech Stabbed Someone At A Bar … Not Even Zack Morris Saved Him From Jail

After Dustin Diamond from "Saved by the Bell" was arrested in the last days of 2014 over having stabbed someone at a bar, it's six months later that his sentence was produced, the jury's out: Screech will be spending the next four months of his life in prison.

The two misdemeanor charges Dustin Diamond from "Saved by the Bell" was convicted of were disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed weapon, after pulling out a knife on someone during a bar fight in Wisconsin when out having drinks with his partner Amanda Schutz.

According to Fox News, Dustin Diamond from "Saved by the Bell" was sentenced by Wisconsin Judge Paul Malloy to four months in prison as well as 15 months worth of probation, even after having apologized to anyone he may have hurt during the events that led to his trial.

BBC reports that Dustin Diamond from "Saved by the Bell" was arrested on Christmas Day last year, as Diamond and Schutz were at a bar in Port Washington, when a group of people present wanted them to pose for pictures while another group starting mocking them over his famous child acting gig, when he pulled out a pocketknife.

According to TMZ, Dustin Diamond from "Saved by the Bell" will be serving his sentence of 120 days in two different stints of 60 days, besides having to pay $1,105 to the victim in retribution for the distressed he caused them, although the injuries weren't serious; also, Diamond cannot return to the scene of the crime nor can he contact the victim.

Witnesses at the scene claim that it was Diamond's girlfriend, Schutz, who started the fight after pushing a woman at the bar and then grabbing someone else, for which she was also charged of disorderly conduct, forced to pay a $500 fine.

Judge Malloy asked that Dustin Diamond from "Saved by the Bell" report to jail by Sunday.
