Presidential Debate Polls: Winner of the Presidential Debate Tonight, Romney Leads Polls Before Debate

The presidential debate polls before the second presidential debate have Republican candidate Romney leading by a slight margin over President Obama. Will Romney be able to hold onto the lead after tonight's debate with Obama at Hofstra University? Take the poll below.

A Gallup poll shows Romney at 50% compared to Obama's 46% among likely voters. The poll was released on Tuesday at 1 p.m. ET. However among registered voters, both candidates were tied at 50%.

Regarding likeability, a Politico/George Washington University poll shows 51% view Romney favorably while 44% view him unfavorably. Obama leads slightly on likeability with 56% viewing him favorably.

According to Rasmussen Reports on Tuesday morning, polls show Romney at 49% and Obama at 47%.
