Fox's TV comedy/action series Brooklyn Nine-Nine is up for its 3rd season and its fans are dying to know what's in store for its characters and the whole plot. Franchise Herald has reported a lot of spoilers for its followers who are eager beavers, especially after it left with a huge cliffhanger on the second season.
The characters Captain Holt (played by Andre Braugher) and Gina (played by Chelsea Peretti) ended the second season when they left precinct 99 to get another job. For those who haven't watched it, the show is about Jake Peralta (played by Adam Samberg) a talented detective of the NYPD but still amateur in so many ways. He was assigned to work for the 99th Precinct in Brooklyn and he has this conflict relationship with his immediate boss, Captain Ray Holt.
As for the premiere of the 3rd season, it will certainly pick up from where it ended and people see what happens next since Holt and Gina leaving the precinct. Viewers will see the other members of the precinct in front of the elevator, as they wait for a new captain.
Madeline Wunch (played by Kyra Sedgwick) will still be on the show and she'll be seen as soon as the premiere opens. Lots of fans are actually wondering if Holt's character is coming back, but they shouldn't worry about it since it's guaranteed he would even appear on the premiere. Although he won't be seen for a while since he will be moving to a new department according to the script, but producers will have a replacement for him as captain.
