Viral Video: This Crazy Video Shows How the Police Detained A Man High on Drugs At A McDonald’s Store

Viral videos come and go, but they're not forgotten just as easily.

In this new footage, a man high on drugs - in addition to being shirtless - caused a crazy scene at a McDonald's in Riverdale, Maryland as police officers tried to detain and arrest him.

The video starts off already in the midst of the chaos. A police officer is heard saying, "Get down on the ground" a couple of times as he points a Taser gun at the man later identified as Marcus Anthony Moratelli.

When Moratelli refused, the police officer shot the Tazer, but the he continued to walk away - all within the first ten seconds of the video.

It gets even more chaotic, before the one minute mark ensues on the footage, a police officer hits him with a baton on his lower back. But Moratelli just turns around trying to evade a second hit.

The police officer continued to hit him with the baton on his leg, while the Taser gun is heard continuously going off in the background. As Marcus Anthony Moratelli tried to wade off one police officer, another one tackles him from behind.

A customer at the McDonald's who witnessed is even heard saying, "There you go!" But it didn't stop there, the two officers still struggled to detain the man who kept putting up a fight - literally.

It took the police officers seven minutes to detain him even after using a Taser gun, batons and pepper spray. The guy ends up covered in blood while officers try to finally put on a pair of handcuffs on him.

Marcus Anthony Moratelli was suspected to be under the influence of PCP, which allowed him to have superhuman strength. The synthetic drug temporarily halts any feelings of pain.
