Kylie Jenner is facing legal charges as Chelsea Clark filed a formal complaint against the Keeping Up With Kardashian's star for allegedly bullying her.
According to exclusive sources from Hollywood Life, "Kylie swears this is a totally fake lawsuit. Kylie isn't expecting anything else to come of it because she has no idea who this Chelsea girl is. She says it's all a big hoax."
Reports say that Chelsea accused Kylie of stalking her for three years over her relationship with Will Smith's son, Jaden Smith. In the court documents, Chelsea received a call from Kylie telling her to "leave her boyfriend alone. But it didn't end there as Kylie sent more threatening messages and dark warnings and declared "this is war" to the 17 year old Chelsea. Now, Chelsea is begging a judge to issue a restraining order against Kylie and to help put an end to the reality star's alleged three year "war" against her.
Hollywood Life gave a backgrounder of the feud between the two, that the whole drama started over three years ago after learning that Jaden was interested in her, as TMZ reports. According to the legal documents, Chelsea says Kylie then had people follow her and as the 18 year old KUWK star sends life threatening messages. The documents continue to accuse Kylie of going so far as to plan a car accident involving the 17-year-old, in which she claims to have hurt her back.
Kylie Jenner is completely devastated with the news especially that smears blood on her face by being called a "bully", which is she's rallying against so hard!
As sources close to the young star says, "It's devastating because it makes her look like a bully. That's something she's so against, but she's trying not to let it get to her," and continued, "She is confident her name will be cleared."
A hearing is scheduled for October 9 and we have yet to find out how things will go between the two.
