Taylor Swift and Charli XCX Performs ‘Boom Clap’ in Toronto

On Saturday night, the singer, songwriter and actress - Taylor Swift, welcomed the English singer and songwriter - Charli XCX on stage during the 'Blank Space' hitmaker's "1989" world tour stop in Toronto.

Charli XCX joined Taylor Swift during the second performance for a duet of the latter's 2014 hit "Boom Clap" at the Rogers Centre. Taylor Swift wore a multi-colored sequined crop top with matching hot pants, while Charli XCX donned a black-and-white crop top with a frayed texture orange pom poms attached to the end.

Charli XCX tweeted after the event, "Thank u so much for having me in Toronto tonight @taylorswift13 it was fuuuun," and the 'Shake It Off' singer responded with, "I LOVE YOU @charli_xcx !!!"

During the first show on Friday night at the arena, the 'Bad Blood' singer welcomed on stage the New Zealand country music singer and songwriter - Keith Urban to perform his songs, "John Deere, John Cougar, John Deere, Somebody Like You and John 3:16"."

Keith Urban and Charli XCX are the latest artists to be admitted formally into Swift's 'squad,' which was recently laughed at on the season 41 premiere of Saturday Night Live. In the short humorous play called "The Squad" that features the American actress and comedian - Aidy Bryant and Vanessa Bayer (known as a cast member on Saturday Night Live), the two female characters in the clip travel aimlessly in a post-apocalyptic world, in which almost everyone has been hired into Taylor Swift's "squad."

In addition, the past performers inducted by Taylor Swift include, the  singer, songwriter and actor - Justin Timberlake, Mick Jagger (lead vocalist of The Rolling Stones), Aerosmith's frontman - Steven Tyler, the 'All OF Me' hitmaker - John Legend, Nick Jonas (best known as one of the members of the pop rock band Jonas Brothers), Alanis Morissette, Nelly, Avril Lavigne, Selena Gomez, the 'Bleeding Love' singer - Leona Lewis, Julia Roberts and the American actor and comedian - Matt LeBlanc.
