Betty White's wax figure is traveling coast to coast.

A year after the "Hot in Cleveland" star unveiled her lifelike creation at Madame Tusssauds Hollywood, the figure will make its debut appearance at the attraction's Washington. D.C., location on Wednesday.

The 91-year-old actress will be introduced by the Washington Humane Society CEO Lisa LaFontaine. White is known as an animal lover and philanthropist. The statue will remain in the District through December. The TV star's figure was originally dressed in a hot pink tracksuit and sneakers, but now White's figure will wear a blue gown with beaded sleeves.

E! said White is the oldest living person to be honored by Madame Tussauds.

"The only thing that irks me is they waited until I was 90," the former "Golden Girls" actress joked when the sculpture was unveiled in Los Angeles in June 2012.

"A few decades ago would have been swell," she said. "I want to thank Madame Tussauds Hollywood for taking their sweet time in making my wax figure. Would it have killed them to do this 50 years ago before gravity took over?"

Besides her role as Rose on the "Golden Girls", White is also known for her character, Sue Ann, on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show".

Other famous wax figures at the Washington, D.C., location include Angelina Jolie, Tiger Woods, Jennifer Lopez, Stephen Colbert, Tyra Banks and President Barack Obama.
