Bond Girl Is Not Cliché

Back in March 2015, it was promised by Spectre that they will be delivering a dissident bond girl. The girl who could be Bond's complete alter ego.Ever since the beginning it has been Bond's instinct to be a woman-hater.And he even intently pointed it out when the talk about woman was brought up. There are some of the most significant female character that was featured in bond's movie.

There was Honey Ryder who really marked the role when she walked along the the sea in 1962, wearing only a white bikini. Bond will always be a woman-hater and everything but Bond Girls like Anya Amasova and Vesper Lynd have always marked the significance of the character.

The Spectre became the 24th film in the franchise because of the Bond Girl's role. It might have been Madeleine Swann played by Lea Seydoux that was the pioneer Bond Girl. Her role was not afraid of putting Bond in his right place. In the early part of the movie until the middle her role was interesting and catches the attention of most people since she was the Bond Girl who was brave enough to disagree with Bond but from the middle to the end part of the movie, all of her amazing and entertaining traits was kissed goodbye, it included her pluckiness and her agency.

Madeleine was the one to showcase the independence of the Bond Girls. She was not immune to Bond's charisma but she knows that he was troubling. Madeleine can save her life in most of the critical situation, she was also able to save Bond's life TWICE in spectre.

In an interview with Lea Seydoux , she stated that her character as Madeleine is not cliche. She said that her role can simply defend herself with any danger, very smart and independent.
