Porsche Claims Wrongful Death Lawsuit Of Paul Walker

Just recently, Porsche has formally reacted to the wrongful passing claim of Paul Walker's adolescent girl Meadow about her initiation of legal measures against Porsche. The producer of the vehicle that Paul Walker was shockingly killed in after a over speeding car accident in November 2013 asserted that Walker was fully aware and was able to know the consequences.

The Porsche Carrera GT which was driven by the 'Fast and Furious' actor Paul Walker and his driver Roger Rodas was called in by the said manufacturer because of its precariousness and control issues and that sure components of the vehicle, including its seat straps and its adjustment framework that had possibly caused the tragic accident and grievous result of Paul Walkers and Roger Rodas' Death.  

Meadow had alleged that the Manufacturer of the car which is Porsche failed to give the precautions to the young girl's dad. However, Porsche's official statement said that  late actor from 'The Fast and Furious' knew the potential dangers included in riding in the vehicle and still insists on riding the vehicle despite of the consequences that could probably happen.

Paul Walker has lost his life after his companion Rodas lost control of the vehicle, bringing about the mishap that killed both. As per the police reports, the reason for the mischance was considered speeding, saying that the driver was going somewhere more than 80 MPH.

As the reports from the alleged manufacturer, they had asserted that Mr. Walker willfully and knowingly expected all danger and future accidents that may happen in the use of the said Porsche Carrera GT 2005.
