Donald Trump Says He'd Be the Healthiest President in American History

Donald Trump has been boasting and commenting on a ton of things online and offline as of late but one thing he is extremely proud of is his good health. According to his doctor, Trump has extraordinary physical strength and stamina.

His physician boasts of his "astonishingly excellent blood pressure". Could this be an indication of a long life for the billion dollar business mogul?

The presidential candidate released a statement on Monday about his current health condition quoting his personal physician that if Trump were elected...

He'd be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency.

Considering that previous United States presidents have lived a long and fruitful life after their presidency. Former president George H. W. Bush and Jimmy Carter are both 91 years old and Ronald Reagan lived up to 93.

While we try to stay healthy with different diet types, supplements, physical routine exercises and nutrional regimen, it is a wonder why previous presidentiables have lived longer lives.

To start off, they're being followed everywhere not just by their security detail but a doctor with a medical team plus an EMT on standby that follows him everywhere he (the President) goes. And that includes both his public and private life. They cover him 24 hours a day and are always on guard watching his health.

And it is publicly known that previous and current presidents have been passionate and disciplined towards their own personal exercises. Former president Ford took to swimming and skiing, and Reagan lifted weights. But not all follow the healthy physical route.

Former president Bill Clinton would rather relax and play crossword puzzles and smoke cigars. That is probably why he landed at a hospital for a bypass surgery. He is now reformed and turned to veganism.

But with all the weight of the country on their shoulders, how do they manage stress? Easy, they're mostly like normal Americans when managing stress - they take vacations. Stress is a multiplier for these presidents and the multiplier being the population of the country itself.

Nixon even expressed this statement towards Kennedy:

There is nothing more important than that a President be physically, mentally and emotionally in the best possible shape to confront the immensely difficult decisions he has to make.

If Trump gets elected, the 69 year old will become the oldest person elected to the presidency and while he may be currently healthy, he's not peerless when it comes to history reports have indicated.
