Jodie Foster House - The well-known actress has put her house in Hollywood Hills, Calif. to sell since June 2013 and finally closed a deal for $4.9 million dollars on Oct. 6.
It looks like Jodie Foster has had several deals with Real Estate and houses, either selling or buying them.
In Jan. 2012, she sold a mansion in Beverly Hills for the price of $8.3 million dollars and then, later on in June of the same year, she bought a different mansion at $11.75 million dollars, according to The Inquisitor.
Then, in June 2013, a year after buying the last one, she put in the market this house that has a Spanish-style of design and started off at $6.4 million dollars.
It seems like things went awry as no buyers were interested and she changed estate agents, as National Ledger noted. After acquiring new estate agents, she put the house in the market once again at $5.6 million dollars.
Still, this price didn't seem attractive enough to the buyers and finally, she downed the price to $4.9 million dollars and sold it.
The house had been purchased by Jodie Foster in 1995, and before that, it belonged to Cheryl Tiegs, the model who is many times referred to as the first American supermodel and is now 67 years old.
Apparently, the size of the house is 6,000-square-feet and it has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a sauna, a fireplace, a screening room, an office, and walk-in closets.
It also has a high-end kitchen with a butler's pantry and a dining room. An attached guest suite is also part of the house.

Also, Jodie Foster's now former house features a high hedge that assures the privacy in the house.
