"Our creamed elote is a fan favorite because it hits all the summer tastebuds. We use local corn and add in cream and cheese for a touch of sweetness. The chilies, hot sauce, and Tajin add some spice, making it perfect for long summer days on the patio with a margarita to wash it down," said Rick Ortiz, executive chef, and owner.
