It is packed with antioxidants, and it is high in vitamin K. it is also a fat-soluble vitamin that vital in the production of sphingolipids, which is a kind of fat that is packed in brain cells. Green tea has components that are good for the brain, such as L-theanine, which is an amino acid that can increase the activity of the neurotransmitter GABA. This component helps reduce anxiety and keeps you more relaxed.
