Septuagenarian Don Gorske has devoured his way into the record books for most Big Macs eaten, with a whopping 34,128-lifetime burgers consumed! This Mac maven even tracked his Big Mac snack trail. Yup, he's got the receipts!

70-year-old Big Mac fanatic Don Gorske has officially macked his way into the Guinness Book of World Records for most McDonald's Big Macs eaten in one lifetime, with a whopping 34,128 under his belt.

From First Bite to Big Mac Fanatic

Don's long affair with the Big Mac began in 1972, and it was love at first bite. He has eaten that one item from the Golden Arches menu every day since he discovered the Big Mac as a teen. He religiously tracked his Mac snacking ever since then in a notebook, and yes our guy's got the receipts to prove it! Despite concerns from his mom over the years, Don's dedication to his favorite burger is still die-hard.

How Many Calories is That?

Just so you understand the dietary repercussions here, every Big Mac has 590 calories, 34g of fat, and 46g of carbs. When he started he was quickly up to a bonkers nine burgers a day, but in his golden years, he streamlined his diet to two humble Macs every 24 hours. In 1972, Big Macs were only .65 cents, but now he spends somewhere around $9.18 a day for his double Mac habit in his home state of Wisconsin

Fries? He Don't Need No Stinkin' Fries!

While most of us wouldn't dare order McDonald's without fries on the side, Don's got his Big Mac health hacks down. He skips breakfast, avoids sides like fries, and walks six miles a day to maintain his figure. He even gets his Big Macs in bulk now, microwaving them at home to save him multiple trips to the restaurant. This guy's the freaking Mac Daddy!
