Things have not been pretty pleasing to all of our characters thus far. In this week's 2-hour special, we are about to learn more about Anna and Elsa's fallout through flashbacks. Something tells us that the Snow Queen was the one behind this. Ingrid previously gushed that Anna is trapped in an urn, but as opposed to this claim, spoilers on the upcoming episode suggests that Elsa will find Anna locked up in a prison cell, confirming that Ingrid has been lying all along. But this is the only thing that will threaten Elsa and Anna's relationship. Elizabeth Mitchell, who plays Snow Queen, recently spoke to TV Line about what's to come for her character. "It's really interesting," she said. "I thought that it was smart and brought a new element into the whole thing. I think you'll like it." Don't miss the brand new episode. Meanwhile, we all know that Regina is facing her own problems, but her storyline was pretty much pushed aside to give way to the "Frozen" integration in the first half of this season. However, fans will see more of Regina tonight. Actress Lana Parilla teases, "Regina is losing faith pretty quickly that she has any control over her destiny, that no matter what she does it doesn't work out for her, and things just don't pan out for her, and that's a hard realization." She then added, "We'll also see something that I think the audience has been waiting for between Regina and Robin Hood. Something quite juicy. So I would just say that it may be frozen in Storybrooke but it gets a little hot and steamy in their life." ABC has dropped a couple of sneak peek clips for the upcoming episode and one of which shows Elsa and Anna in Arendelle of the past, where the former is walking down the dungeon hall only to see her sister being locked up in prison. Apparently, Aunt Ingrid or the Snow Queen locked up Anna after accusing her of wanting to use the Sorcerer's hat. However, Elsa has become suspicious of her sister because of Ingrid's claim that Anna wants the Sorcerer's hat's powers to herself. Another clip features Emma and Mr. Gold talking about Emma's lack of control of her powers. "There is only one way to help with this affliction," Mr. Gold tells Emma in the teaser. The official synopsis of 'Once Upon A Time' season 4 episode 8 reads: "In Arendelle, when the Snow Queen tries to pit Elsa and Anna against each other and it proves more difficult than she anticipates, she takes drastic measures. Meanwhile, in Storybrooke Emma's powers are out of control and her fear of hurting loved ones pushes her away from everyone she cares about. In her confusion, Emma turns to Gold for help getting her powers under control. Gold tells her about a way to get rid of her powers altogether and Hook tries to put a stop to it. Meanwhile, Regina struggles with her plan to find the author of the storybook until her quest takes an unexpected turn.
