Lindsay Lohan Admits to Relapse After Drinking a Glass of Wine (VIDEO)

Lindsay Lohan is coming clean about her struggles with staying sober, according to Us Weekly

On Sunday's episode of her Oprah Winfrey Network documentary, "Lindsay," the actress confessed that she screwed up while shooting the latest episode and had a glass of wine. The setback occurred shortly after completing her court-ordered appearance in rehab during the summer of 2013.

The "Mean Girls" actress claims that she jumped into a relationship with someone who she stated was not on the "same page" as her. During their relationship, Lohan said she had a glass of wine with him. Lohan insisted her relapse only lasted one drink.

"Being in recovery and leaving this place where you're in this little bubble and everything is safe around you, it's really hard," the 27-year-old actress said. "And i jumped right into a relationship where we weren't on the same page. I wasn't considering the fact that the person I was seeing does drink."

Lohan first denied she'd broken her sobriety after being confronted about the issue by her life coach, A.J. Johnson, who claims he was given a tip by Lohan's mother, Dina Lohan. Johnson found a bottle of wine in Lohan's apartment.

"I was not drinking," the "Liz & Dick" actress said. "And this is something I don't feel comfortable discussing on camera."

After denying she had drunk, Lohan admitted to relapsing in a one-on-one interview stating: "I had a glass of wine, and that was it. I just had so much guilt. It's OK to admit it. It's really scary... I screwed up. That's OK. Now what can I do so it doesn't happen again? And that's part of the process."

She added: "I just had so much guilt. It took me a bit to, like, finally just be, like, 'Why am I holding this in? Yeah. F--k it. I screwed up. I screwed up, and that's okay, but now what can I do so that it doesn't happen again?' That's part of the process."

Lohan told the cameras she was grateful for Johnson's presence in her life but felt "disrespected" by the coach. The actress, who busy trying to re-launch her career, works with a counselor and attends Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
