Sony Cyber Hackers Threaten to Release BIG Secret

The recent cyber attacks to Sony are continuously creating headlines from various news outlets. There are personal emails among company executives who are making insensitive comments in which executives are being sorry about.  However, despite investigations regarding the hacking issues Sony are not still clueless why it leads to such attacks.

There are 200 gigabytes of data reportedly leaked. One of the latest leaks that were in headline recently was about the James Bond script and the lawyers of Sony are sending letters to other media outlets not to publish any of it.

Last Saturday, Sony received warning from their hackers. It says, "We are preparing for you a Christmas gift. The gift will be larger quantities of data. And it will be more interesting. The gift will surely give you much more pleasure and put Sony Pictures into the worst state. Please send an email titled by 'Merry Christmas' at the addresses below to tell us what you want in our Christmas gift." Aside from this, Sony employees received an invitation from the hackers asking them to send a note. By doing this, hackers said that their identity will not be disclosed.

Because of this, Sony is getting more and more aggressive. In a letter sent on weekend they already warned publishing outlets not to publish any leaked documents. The lawyers of Sony might enforce legal actions for those who won't follow the instructions. However, there are several file sharing sites that are getting nervous. Hence, the new releases coming from the hackers were already taken down.

There might some companies that will follow, but Sony executives are still talking to their rivals and they are trying to convince them to sat least sign and cooperate as their support to Sony. However, according to the report of Times, Sony competitors rejected their idea because the said letter is ineffective and might be Sony's publicity stunt.
