McDonald’s Pay with Lovin Campaign: Pay With Hugs, Kiss Or Call To Your Mom To Say I Love You When You Order At McDonald’s

McDonald's Pay with Lovin Campaign gives you a chance to eat hamburgers without costing you a dollar! McDonald's Pay with Lovin Campaign starts on Feb.2 until Feb. 14 where lucky winners get a chance to express their affection to their loved ones as payment for their food.

With McDonald's Pay with Lovin Campaign, winners will be randomly selected at pre-designated times within the day at participating locations of McDonald's in U.S. When selected, a McDonald's employee will ask them to express a 'random act of lovin,' Huffington Post reported.

A McDonald's employee could request a customer to qualify for McDonald's Pay with Lovin Campaign:

"Dial your mom and tell her how much you love her"

"Your payment today is tell how much you love your son"

"You have to dance right now."

"Your total is one big family hug."

"We want to thank our customers for making our day, and hopefully they will make someone else's as well," Terri Hickey, McDonald's spokeswoman told ABC News. "From selfies, hugs, to high-fives, we have a bunch of fun ways to express your lovin'."

McDonald's Pay with Lovin Campaign commercial was launched during Sunday's Super Bowl XLIX. The said ad that costs $4.5 million airs for 30 seconds and is expected to generate its return on investment to as high as 258 percent. The Super Bowl ad was McDonald's first ad in eight years.

The McDonald's Pay with Lovin Campaign commercial comes after announcement on resignation of McDonald's CEO, Don Thompson for nearly three years as reported by Food World News. He will be replaced by Steve Easterbrook, the restaurant's Senior Executive Vice President and chief brand officer.

According to Hickey, McDonald's Pay with Lovin Campaign is expected to treat around 1 million customers. The promo covers 100 deals per participating restaurant outlet where 55 will be given on the first two days of the promo period.
