Easy but special taste of pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke.

Ingredients 
 1 16 oz pasta
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 onion, chopped
 3 cloves garlic, chopped
 1 can artichoke hearts in water, drained
 1 8 oz. jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil
 1/2 cup bread crumbs
 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
 Parmesan cheese
Directions
 1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water.
 2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet.
 3. Add onion and garlic. Cook until soft; add artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, bread crumbs, and parsley; heat through.
 4. Add 2 ladles of water that pasta is cooking in to artichoke mixture.
 5. Drain the pasta; add to artichoke mixture; stir over the warm stove.
 6. Transfer to serving dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
