On the latest report, an unidentified man surrendered himself to the Douglas County Corrections late Thursday evening, who was believed to be the suspect for the missing brother of the baby, dumpster Nebraska found.
WOWT reported that the suspect turned over himself on Thursday evening. However, the identity of the man was not revealed. The suspect was immediately taken to Omaha Police headquarters for further examinations.

Prior to the latest report where the Josue Ramirez-Marinero has been found, a deserted jeep, which was believed to be related to the case of the baby dumpster Nebraska and his family, was held by the police as evidence. The Amber Alert was also cancelled.
Before the 5-year-old has been found, a massive manhunt for the suspect and the boy were done by several law enforcement agencies.
Meanwhile, Jose Ramirez, the father of the baby dumpster Nebraska and the 5-year-old Josue was also apprehended for questioning on Thursday morning.
