Cody Simpson has reportedly been 'drunk dialing' his ex-girlfriend, Gigi Hadid amid rumors she has moved on with Joe Jonas.
The 18-year-old musician and the 20-year-old model split for the second time in May 2015 due to their hectic schedules. A source close to the Australian star told the US edition of OK! magazine: "[He has] been drunk dialing her, begging to give him another try.
"Cody went crazy with jealousy when he saw her out with all these new guys - he just can't believe she's so ready to move on so quickly and it's really hit him hard."
"When he has a few drinks, all his insecurities come out and he starts leaving drunken messages for her," the source added.
Since her split from Simpson, Hadid has been spotted getting close with the 25-year-old former Disney star.
But a source close to the Sports Illustrated model recently insisted she and Joe are just having fun, as she is still getting over the 'Home To Mama' hitmaker.
The duo tried to deny there was anything going on, but photos proved the two were totally an item. It’s even been confirmed that they’re hooking up.
Joe and Gigi were inseparable since the 'coupling-up' rumor went into high gear. They were spotted dancing and “whispering things” to each other in Canada and were seen kissing and hugging in a Montreal bar.
A spokesperson for Gigi announced her split from Cody in May, but refused to rule out a reconciliation, saying: "Cody and Gigi want each other to be in a place right now that allows him to only focus on his music, fans, and new message, while she can focus and continue building her career.
"They love each other dearly and have split up in hopes that growing on their own paths will bring them together in the future."
