How To Get Away With Murder Season 2 Spoilers- Who Killed Rebecca?

The finale of How To Get Away With Murder (HTGAWM) on season 1 was a major cliffhanger, leaving fans wondering who killed Rebecca (played by Katie Findlay). Fans are in for some major spoilers.

The last frame of HTGAWM's 1st season ender was Rebecca lying dead at the basement of Annaliese's (played by Viola Davis) house. In that scene was Annaliese and Frank (played by Charlie Weber) discovering Rebecca's dead body. Both of them asked who killed her with a little suspicion that the other person did it. But Annaliese said she didn't and Frank also denied it.

According to The Vine Report, there were lots of revelations from last season including the real killer of Lila Stangard who happens to be Frank. Apparently, Sam (played by Tom Verica) requested Frank to kill her for him. It was a shocking twist that viewers didn't expect. Last season, the audience also learned that although Connor (played by Jack Falahee) was clean from the recent HIV test, his partner Oliver (played by Conrad Ricamora) was the one who has AIDS. To add more to that drama of last season's finale, Michaela (played by Aja Naomi King) decided to end her relationship with her fiancé.

Back to Lila's murderer, although it was revealed to the audience, the story makes all remain clueless as to who her real murderer is. Nate (played by Billy Brown) was still the primary suspect. There are so many questions that the next season has to answer and according to the creator of the show,Peter Nowalk, all he has to say is that their show knows no rules and that they want to keep everything fresh. This is what The Hollywood Reporter got out of him.

The season one was shown in the form of a series of flashbacks, and the format could continue into the next season as well.

Is Rebecca's killer then linked to whoever murdered Lila? Season 2 is sure to be up for an all nighter from avid fans.

How To Get Away With Murder returns on TV for its season 2 on September 2 via ABC.
