Alexandra Caspero, R.D., owner of Delicious Knowledge, a nutritionist and diet coach, have the best options for a healthy green juice that can be purchased from the stores.

The Jamba Juice: Great Greens are smoothies that has three servings of veggies, which includes cucumber, kale, and spinach, plus the half serving of fruits can guarantee the most phytonutrients and the lowest amount of sugar possible. The Jamba Juice: Great Greens contains three grams of protein and two grams of fiber which is better than many juices.

Alexandra Caspero says, "Whenever I look for a juice, I look straight the greens," Caspero also said: "The more greens, the better."

The Starbucks, Green Devotion Evolution Juices also has the lowest amount of sugar. It contains only eight grams in an 11-ounce bottle. Caspero said, it is the best of the cold-pressed Evolution Juices you can have at Starbucks. The Green Devotion Evolution Juices are packed with celery, cucumber, spinach, romaine lettuce, and kale - it can also provide tons of potassium and vitamin K.

Nutritionist Caspero stated that Juice Press: South of the Border, is a juice that have the combination of cucumber, onion, bell pepper, and avocado which is the best way to obtain protein, fiber, and monounsaturated fats.

The nutritionist also said "This juice is like a meal in a glass," and also "It feels more like a creamy, cold gazpacho than a juice."

Dietitian Caspero also recommends the Tropical Smoothie Café: Detox Island Green, as this juice contains only 182 calories even in a very large 24-ounce serving and is filled with healthy greens, like spinach and kale. And the Detox Island Green juice naturally sweetened with not too much mango, pineapple, banana, and ginger.
