Man From Florida Tries To Chew Off Fingerprints Following Arrest [WATCH]

A man from Florida was recently arrested on Thursday for driving a stolen 2015 Mercedes Benz. But the main story isn't about his alleged theft, but of what he did after his arrest.

Taking matters into his own hands, the desperate man attempted to chew off his own fingerprints to avoid being identified once the processing of his arrest begins upon his arrival at the police station.

However, the man's attempts were futile, as the fingerprint scanner quickly identified the man as Kenzo Roberts.

The 20-year-old Florida man was also caught using a fake ID, in addition to carrying a concealed firearm, and three fake credit cards, as reported by The Huffington Post.

When Roberts was seated at the back of the police car, a surveillance video clearly showed that Kenzo Roberts was chewing on his fingertips, while waiting for police officers to return to the patrol car.

To make matters more disgusting, after Kenzo Roberts chewed on his fingertips, he reportedly swallowed the flesh before rubbing his hands against the caged walls of the police car.

Upon scanning his fingerprints, it was also found that Kenzo Roberts had two felony warrants for his arrest, which is connected to an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge in Broward County.

Not only that, but it was also discovered that Roberts was illegally in the country.

After this recent arrest, Kenzo Roberts was charged with possession of a counterfeit credit card on three counts, along with grand theft auto, possession of a concealed firearm, possession of similitude of a driver' license, driving with a suspended license, and providing false identification information to the law enforcement.

Detectives have contacted the U.S. Customs and the Border Protection with regard to his illegal stay in the country. Kenzo Roberts is currently in the custody of the Lee County Jail. He is on a bond worth $220,000.
