Leonardo DiCaprio Wins Lawsuit Against French Magazine that Claimed Rihanna was Having his Baby

The Catch Me if You Can actor, Leonardo DiCaprio has been making the headlines over the past few months as he filed a lawsuit against a French magazine over their cover story which stated that he got the singer actress Rihanna pregnant and now he's back with making a buzz regarding the outcome og his lawsuit in which the actor won.

As per Gossip Cop's exclusive report DiCaprio got furious over the magazine's allegations that he and Rihanna are both expecting a child and he does not want to be the baby's father, as it was reported on the magazine's May 28, 2015 cover story; DiCaprio was linked to the singer earlier this year as they were spotted together numerous times.

The website claims that DiCaprio's team approached Oops! to inform them that the report was not true, yet they still had it released, he then filed a lawsuit asking them for 18,000 euros in damages and attorney fee which was the maximum amount in French law, it was then reported that he did not only sue the magazine for the story but also for using his images which goes against France's privacy laws.

Just Jared then made a follow up report regarding DiCaprio's triumph over the lawsuit, in which the magazine was fined $8,800 for the damages.

Frederic Truskolaski then stated that they were not sure if Rihanna was indeed pregnant stating:

"We didn't know" if Rihanna was pregnant. "We thought she might be. We were not of course sure"

As per The West Australian, the defendant and the owner of Oops! Magazine, Frederic Truskolaski opened up about the case to the website stating:

"We were totally expecting this decision, since in France when any magazine speaks about a celebrity's private life the magazine is automatically condemned."

Now that DiCaprio won the $8,814 lawsuit it was also added that the editors of Oops! Magazine must acknowledge that Leonardo DiCaprio won the lawsuit against their company in their upcoming issue.
