Today, Bloomberg TV posted a video of an interview with the attorney representing Heinz in the Berkshire deal. Spencer Mazyck, interviewed the Attorney that advised Heinz on their $23 billion buyout.

"How quickly did the deal come together?" Spencer asked. "The deal did come together very quickly, 3G approached Bill Johnson, the CEO of Heinz on January 10th, they had a sit down and they indicated they were working with Berkshire, Hathaway and they were interested in acquiring Heinz. The proposal was not made on January 10th but they said they should expect a letter shortly. We announced the transactions on February 14th." John said.

"Before January 10th did Bill Johnson see this coming?" Spencer asked. "There was an initial dinner in December, between some representatives of 3G Capital and Bill Johnson but the deal wasn't really discussed in that setting," John said.

"Was the speed of the deal related to the parties involved?" Spencer asked. "I have never done a transaction opposite Berkshire Hathaway this was very exciting, everyone asked me if I got to meet Warren Buffett. I just worked with his lawyers," John said.
