According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, an Atlanta man is pleading not guilty to charges in the boating accident that resulted in killing music star Usher's 11-year old stepson. Kyle Glover was the son of Usher's ex-wife, Tameka Raymond.
Jeffrey Simon Hubbard was controlling a jet ski incautiously, causing the accident that left the 11-year old brain dead. Kyle was pronounced dead three weeks after the injury, because his heart stopped beating. According to Sandra Rose, the accident also left the teenage daughter of Peaches Chin, co-owner of TAGS boutique with a broken arm.
Hubbard is pleading not guilty to all charges, including first-degree homicide by vessel, Philadelphia Inquirer, reported. They also reported Hubbard crashed into Kyle's watercraft, while he was vacationing with his father in July.
The tragic death of Usher's stepson is quite sad. The singer is also making headlines with positive news. Usher is in the process of recording his latest album.
MTV reported the singer told FADER, "It's gonna be freaking out of her man. Space and sky, that's what it'll be, you look up, and its everything you can imagine."
