The premiere of the 'The Vampire Diaries' Season 7 is fast approaching and fans are getting excited about the continuation of the hit drama series. Ian Somerhalder, one of the lead actors of the show has even more ignited the excitement and interest of the fans as he strips down in the new trailer released by The CW.
Though it's no longer new since Damon Salvatore has been showing his body since the first season, his nudity in the latest trailer made TVD fans anticipate for the new season.
In the trailer, Ian Somerhalder's character threw a wet towel on Alaric who is played by Matthew Davis. Damon Salvatore's action hinted a bromance between the two.

"You know, clothes would be nice," Alaric addressed Damon when he saw his naked body.
It can be recalled that the relationship of the two was special even in earlier seasons. Now that they both lost Elena Gilbert played by Nina Dobrev, they are once again left drinking their favorite liquor together.
Besides Damon Salvatore and Alaric J. Saltzman, Bonnie and Caroline were also featured in the video. The two bestfriends were shown bonding together. Now that their friend Elena is gone, they are left with each other.
The short clip offered gave viewers a glimpse of what will happen in the coming seventh season. The beautiful town of Mystic Falls would be different without the presence of Nina Dobrev's character.
Damon Salvatore is left mourning for his lost and protecting the box where Elena's body is lying dead while fighting his mother.
Many are still hoping for Nina Dobrev to come back in the long running series because of the importance of her character in the show. But as the launch date of season seven approaches, the fans' hope are also slowly fading away.
