A Squatter Sells $300,000-Worth Of Paintings Out Of A San Francisco Mansion

A squatter by the name of Jeremiah Kaylor was reported to have sold art pieces that amounted to over $300,000 from a San Francisco mansion where he was squatting. Authorities found out that he wasn't just illegally residing in the said mansion, but he was even selling a number of paintings that were kept in it.

Latinos Post reported that upon the cops' discovery, Kaylor has already been arrested and was detained for suspicions of burglary and another 10 counts of burglary. Police have already been warned about Kaylor's plot as of 11pm last Saturday, since they were prompted of his presence within the premises near the mansion.

The exact location of this mansion is 3800 block of Washington Street in Presedio Heights. The San Francisco Gate got a hold of this information through Police Officer Carlos Manfredi.

According to police reports, this man has allegedly been living in the mansion for two months. A very crafty burglar, he came into the mansion acting like he was interested in the house and he even tried to make an offer. The mansion has 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The mansion which is worth $25 million, is now out in the market for only $17 million.

Manfredi added that Kaylor told the authorities that he is in the middle of making payment arrangements for the property and he even produced fake documents to support his statement.

Kaylor is obviously not an ordinary squatter seeing as he was able to produce fake documents. On the other hand, he never had a record in California for doing such an act, therefore police are wondering if this is just the first time that he did it out of desperation or unfortunate circumstances in life.
