Liam Hemsworth Interview: ‘Hunger Games’ Star Remembers Miley Cyrus Engagement, Regrets Nothing With ‘Wrecking Ball’ Singer

Before Liam Hemsworth starred with Jennifer Lawrence in the box office smash franchise "The Hunger Games," Chris Hemsworth's younger brother was in a relationship with one of the biggest pop stars in the world, Miley Cyrus, whom he dated for five years - and in a recent Liam Hemsworth interview, the star shares a little more about their relationship.

After her split from Hemsworth, Cyrus has gone on to shed her good-girl image after becoming famous on Disney Channel's "Hannah Montana," now long leaving behind the image of child star to become far more famous than her father, Billy Ray, and Liam Hemsworth's interview reveals that he regrets nothing of his relationship with the "Wrecking Ball" singer.

According to Hollywood Life, a new Liam Hemsworth interview has surfaced where he talks about his long relationship with Cyrus, clearing up the fact that he not only regrets nothing, but he also still loves her and their time together "wasn't just a fling."

As Elle reports, in this Liam Hemsworth interview, the actor was asked directly if he felt as if he'd dodged a bullet with Cyrus, considering she's gone on to become one of the most controversial celebrities out there since their split - but his reply couldn't be further from that idea.

"You fall in love with who you fall in love with; you can never choose. I guess some people just come with a little more baggage," said the actor on the Liam Hemsworth interview recently published on Men's Fitness. It really was an important part of my life and always will be. She's a free spirit. I think she'll always surprise people with what she does, but she's not a malicious person in any way. She's a young girl who wants to do what she wants to do."

That's definitely a classy way to talk about your ex - particularly in a time when Russell Brand publicly disses former wife Katy Perry after having split years back.
