Food is one of the best ingredients of a happy mood for the whole day and is the greatest need of the human body to be healthy. A person should be able to eat three times a day on time without skipping meals to feel good and energized. Skipping meals is one of the most aggressive factors of being irritable, tired and unfocused.

Serotonin is found in the brain which can be produced by food with carbohydrates that generates the production of insulin to make serotonin. It's not just carbohydrates that can help increase serotonin but also high-protein food like chicken, beef, turkey, fish and eggs.

In addition to that there a lot of food which can help people feel happier and boost their moods. Mood is a state of emotion that alters from feeling or a specific event of a human life. It can be both a positive and negative demeanor. it can be identified through a person's action and behavior. There are some sort of moods that are really a permanent trait or characteristic of a person depending on how he/she handles it. Moods can also vary on the metal stability of a person and it is most likely controlled by the person with the right state of mind and has enough knowledge on how to deal with different moods.Food and one's diet has been found to be one of the greatest factor of mood changes and disorders.
