Brooklyn Restaurant Prepares Beyonce-Themed Valentine's Dinner

Everyone can eat like Beyoncé and Jay-Z for Valentine's Day.

According to the New York Daily News, Brucie's, a restaurant in Brooklyn's Cobble Hill neighborhood, is offering a Beyonce-themed Valentine's Day dinner with five appetizers, four pasta dishes, five entrees and three sides.

Brucie's owner and executive chef, Zahra Tangorra, told The Huffington Post that workers were trying to find ideas for celebrating the Feb. 14, holiday. They eventually considered Beyonce because of her influence nationwide.

"We were trying to think of what to do for Valentine's Day," Tangorra told The Huffington Post. "And I'm turned off by the whole, 'We have a price fix, you can get a crab cake' or whatever.. We thought, everyone loves Beyonce. Especially us. So me and my staff worked really hard to make fabulous dishes based on those titles."

Tangorra explained that, "All the dishes are inspired by the ultimate love: that of Jay-Z and Beyoncé." Beyonce's albums, titles of songs and recent 22-day vegan diets were also all inspirations for some dishes.

The menu starts off with a Beyoncé lyric reading, "We woke up in the kitchen sayin how the hell did this s**t happen, oh baby."

Dishes include Breastiny's Child, a veal breast, pickled fig, sopressata, goat yogurt for $29; Pink Is The Flavor, a scallop, monkfish torchon, grapefruit, beet, breakfast radish; and Blue Ivy appetizer, which features smoked blue potatoes, blue cheese, trout roe and watercress for $16.

The singer's husband is also given complaints with meals like Oysters Rocafella for $16 and Jay-Ziti  $19.
