Fifth Harmony Will Collaborate with One Direction?

The American girl group created on the second season of the The X Factor USA - Fifth Harmony, and the English-Irish pop boy band One Direction have been seen together twice in the past week, which leads to speculations about how a collaboration between the two ultra-successful groups would sound.

Fifth Harmony and One Direction are both alums of Simon Cowell's television music competition franchise - "The X Factor,"  the show having both British and American versions.

As stated by some media outlets, with Fifth Harmony (Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, Camila Cabello, and Lauren Jauregui) working on their second album and currently looking for more potential track collaborations, the chances of One Direction (Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, and Harry Styles) making an appearance on a new track seems highly probable.

The collaboration rumors have not been dyed in the wool with either of the groups, however, with the recent developments, such a move would not be far fetched.

The American singer-songwriter and record producer behind the All 'About That Bass' hit song - Meghan Trainor, is once again working with Fifth Harmony on their new album, while Camila Cabello of Fifth Harmony recently produced a duet with Shawn Mendes (Canadian singer and songwriter), which proved to be a success.

Reportedly, in Mexico City, One Direction and Fifth Harmony took the stage at the 2015 Premios Telehit at the Foro Sol stadium on November 26.

Fifth Harmony, who were short of one member after a family death kept Normani Kordei home, but still performed some of their biggest hit songs for the excited crowd, including "I'm In Love With A Monster," "Sledgehammer" and "Worth It."

And One Direction performed their latest hit "Little Things," "Made in the A.M." and "Drag Me Down."

In addition, Fifth Harmony announced the miserable news of Normani Kordei's absence on Twitter, and Normani Kordei showed her support for her group members.
