Ashley Greene’s Crack Pipe? Actress Denies Crack Pipe Found At Her Apartment After Fire

"Twilight" actress Ashley Greene denies the crack pipe found at her apartment after the devastating fire last year.

Ashley Greene is being sued by her former West Hollywood apartment's manager claiming that the actress owns the crack pipe discovered at the scene of the building destroyed by fire.

In a TMZ report, Adrian Mayorga, the manager is suing Greene. He claims that he suffered permanent respiratory damage after the incident. He also released his sworn statement saying that one of the men who cleared out the unit after the fire told him he found a glass crack pipe.

Mayorga also said that he was the first to reach the hallway after the fire broke and that's when he saw Greene, her brother Joe Green and her current boyfriend, Ryan Phillippe. The manager said they looked "disoriented...they looked like they were drunk or under the influence of something."

In the same report, sources told TMZ that Phillippe was said to have submitted a sworn declaration to Greene's lawyer saying that he was not in the scene during that fire on March last year and he never ever visited Greene's apartment unit.

Greene was also sued by four residents in the other nearby units claiming that the fore caused soot and water damage.

The fire happened when Greene, her brother and boyfriend, Phillippe was in the apartment when an unattended candle set the living room couch burning. The blaze destroyed her whole apartment killing one of her two fox terrier dogs.

On the other end, a source tells UsWeekly that there was no crack pipe found in Greene's apartment and that it's all "hearsay from unnamed sources".
