Apple’s iPhone 6 vs Samsung’s Galaxy S6: Comparison on Specs, Price and Capability [VIDEO]

The rivalry between Apple and Samsung on who is the best smartphone in the market has intensified. The iPhone 6 has yet to be release this year while the Galaxy S6 is not yet due for launching until 2015. As early as now comparisons are being made about these two brands that has yet to be release in the market.

Comparison Based on Rumors and Conjectures

Since there are no actual products yet for both the iPhone 6 and Galaxy S6, the comparison made will be based on Apple's and Samsung's official announcement and description of their products, rumors as well as conjectures from experts.

iOS vs Android - The new iPhone 6 will have the iOS8 as its operating system while the Korean Galaxy S6 will be operated by the Android L.

Processors - Experts believe that the iPhone 6 will have a 64-bit dual core A8 processor. The A8 is known to be clocked at 2Gz. The Galaxy S6 meanwhile, is suspected to have the next generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 at 64-bit octa-processor.

Internal Storage - Apple's iPhone will have the usual internal storage options of 16, 32, 64, 128 GB while the Samsung S6 will just have the 128 GB as its internal storage capacity.

Camera - The iPhone 6's camera is equipped with IOS or Optical Images Stabilization with 8 MP while the camera of the Galaxy S6 is has 20 MP primary snapper according to a Christian Post.

Battery - The iPhone 6 has a battery capacity of 1810 mAh as opposed to the Galaxy S6 battery capacity of 3,300 mAh

The Price of the Opposing Smartphones - If rumors are to be believed, the iPhone 6 will cost consumers an off-contract price of $800 USD. The Samsung Galaxy S6 will probably be cheaper if the $500 to $600 USD off-contract price is true.
