The Yosemite Sierra Visitors Bureau is once again teaming up with Visit California to showcases Yosemite area restaurants during California Restaurant Month.
The celebration is an annual event each January where Visit California works with local destination marketing organizations, like the YSVB, to highlight the state’s many restaurants. Four restaurants in California’s Gateway to Yosemite are participating this year, offering discounts on signature dishes.
Madera’s The Vineyard Restaurant, a mainstay in that community for decades, will be showcasing their signature lasagna or lamb shanks. Throughout January, if you mention California Restaurant Month you will receive 10% off either of these dishes which will also be specially paired with a local wine.
In Coarsegold, the Blue Heron Restaurant, located right on the waters in Yosemite Lakes Park, Chef Christian Mueller help guests shake off the winter cold and enjoy any of The Blue Heron's delicious dishes, including his renowned soups, a perfect winter's treat guaranteed to warm the soul, 10% off.
In Oakhurst, the popular Yosemite Gateway Restaurant at the Best Western Plus Yosemite Gateway Inn will help guests get their meal started off right with a free appetizer when guests redeem a special coupon on the Yosemite Sierra Visitors Bureau’s California Restaurant Month website.
In Bass Lake, a popular year-round destination just outside of Yosemite, Ducey’s on the Lake is offering a special four-course dinner for two featuring filet mignon and local wines, a $100 value for only $69.50.
