The Keto diet requires cutting of carbs and sugars because the diet process needs another energy source, which is done when there is no sugar intake in the body. When you decide to dive into the keto diet, you have to say goodbye to some restaurants because they are not keto-friendly.

The company announced, that the Denver-based chain would not use the GMO's, which is an organism whose genome has been altered via genetic engineering in the food served at Chipotle Mexican Grills.

Of course, you have to omit some of the ingredients like the tortilla when you get one of their burrito bowls. If you want to feel like eating rice, you may want to try their cilantro-lime cauliflower rice that will soon be available. 


According to MSN, this chain, famous for their chicken sandwiches and sauces, have varieties of grilled chicken. Just make sure to order it without the buns, and you are good to go for a keto lunch.


Women's Health highlights the restaurant's Avocado, bacon, and cheese omelet that can heighten your meal's fat factor for a more energy and keto-friendly meal experience.

Delish describes this restaurant that specializes in the fish menu, which makes them keto-friendly. It adds sticking to the grilled and seared proteins like salmon, shrimp, and trout for more protein intake.

Although you can't have pizza, Women's Health highlights their California Cobb Salad, which includes chicken, avocado, eggs, Gorgonzola, and basil. A fantastic option for your keto lunch.


MSN adds that the chain has a habit of putting buttery shrimp over the grilled proteins like sirloin steak and grilled chicken, making it a keto champion.
