The Keto diet requires cutting of carbs and sugars because the diet process needs another energy source, which is done when there is no sugar intake in the body. When you decide to dive into the keto diet, you have to say goodbye to some restaurants because they are not keto-friendly.

The company announced, that the Denver-based chain would not use the GMO's, which is an organism whose genome has been altered via genetic engineering in the food served at Chipotle Mexican Grills.
