Although the upcoming DC flick 'Suicide Squad' is filled with interesting characters who have somehow ended up Arkham Asylum, Harley Quinn stands out as the most fascinating. The Joker's right hand girl and sometime girlfriend is portrayed by Margot Robbie in the film, and the actress appears to adore the Clown Prince of Crime just as much as Harley Quinn.
Robbie recently spoke to New York Daily News, where she revealed that she has much respect for Jared Leto, who plays The Joker in 'Suicide Squad.'
"What he's doing with the character is so cool," Robbie said. "At first it was kind of confronting (to be up close) but now I'm so used to it, I think if I ever saw him out of makeup now I would be really confused."
Margot Robbie did point out that she had seen Jared Leto out of character, and had a surprising reaction.
"Actually, I saw him out of makeup once and I was actually petrified of him," she admitted. "I was too scared to go up and didn't know who that person was, and when he got back into his makeup I was far more comfortable."
It also looks like Margot Robbie and the rest of the cast of 'Suicide Squad' got very comfortable with each other. Robbie was recently photographed giving director David Ayer a SKWAD tattoo, and Joel Kinnaman also posted a picture showing Will Smith's handiwork.

The actress confirmed that being part of a film about villains has given the cast more freedom to enjoy themselves while shooting 'Suicide Squad.'
"I guess the one common denominator is we're all bad guys, it just makes everything more fun that way," Robbie said. "The scenes are more interesting I feel, when you just don't know how the characters are going to react, especially with Harley, who's absolutely nuts... she's either going to kill you or laugh and give you a hug."
'Suicide Squad' will crash into theaters on August 5, 2016.
